leadXpro, first tenant of Park InnovAARE’s innovation campus

With the groundbreaking ceremony on November, 11, 2019, Park InnovAare has begun with the construction of its new innovation campus in close proximity to the Paul Scherrer Institute in Villigen.  By signing a tenancy agreement already now, leadXpro is the first company to ascertain access to the infrastructure of the facility: high-end offices, adaptable physics, chemistry and biology labs, clean rooms and alike.

On 23’000 m2, the campus will offer approx. 7000 m2 of rental space within walking distance of the large research facilities of the Paul Scherrer Institut, namely the Synchrotron Swiss Light Source (SLS), the Free Electron Laser (SwissFEL) and biochemical research lab infrastructure. It is supposed to open in 2023.
